The hotel sits on Mussorie Road among many restaurants, which is convenient. It’s relatively new and the view of the mountains and trees is nice. However, the lower‑floor rooms face a petrol station behind, so people there can see you. The towel I received was stained and didn’t feel clean; we asked for new ones and the response was slow. When the new towels arrived, small pieces of fur were falling off, indicating low quality. The receptionist at the counter seemed unfamiliar with the standard check‑in procedure. Overall, it felt like a typical Indian hotel experience.
