I couldn't find a better place in Prague – it felt like royalty right in the middle of everything. The rooms were gorgeous, even the clock view was a nice touch. Dining was excellent, and the Black Angel cocktails were fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Prague.

The location was the only good thing. There was no proper lobby, and the single lift was always crowded while people moved between the bar, restaurant, and terrace. The bed was too short, the shower didn’t meet safety standards, and the bill had to be paid in advance with a suggested tip added on a separate line at checkout. The room felt old, the power socket was far from the bed, and the TV was angled 45° away from the bed. They claim their affiliated drivers can reach the pedestrianised area, but you actually have to walk at least 200 metres through back streets. This isn’t a five‑star hotel – I’ll never stay here again.
