“Great location for our needs, clean and good breakfast”

The location and cleanliness of the property were good, and the staff helped with booking spa treatments. A slight issue with one of the bathrooms adapted for the elderly: the wet room flooded into the bedroom area, and when we mentioned it they told us to move the shower head to prevent this, which would be fine if the user could reach it. I was concerned about future users slipping and falling. Also, the staff seemed unsure and worried about making mistakes.

“Ok for 1 night, great staff”

The place was convenient for work, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly, but the annex rooms had doors that opened straight onto a busy road, making me feel unsafe until the staff moved me; the second room was overheated despite having two fans, the furniture looked tired and old, and the bathroom could use a makeover.

“Enjoyable stay & a great location for where I needed to be.”

Checking in and out was smooth, and breakfast was lovely, yet the constant road noise persisted day and night, and I had to book in advance to use the pool, which wasn’t open until 7am.

“Fine for a one night stay, close to Spalding. Very clean, annexe rooms noisy and hot.”

The place was very clean but felt a bit soulless, with road noise and it was very hot.
