It was relatively close to the Vatican. At night the property felt a bit dark and somewhat abandoned on the outside. I’m a digital‑savvy person, and the fact that you need mobile data first and then a charged phone to open the property gate and apartment door felt a bit complicated.

The rooms were small, water pressure was low, and in room 3 hot water didn’t reach; I had to unclog the shower drain because the bathroom flooded. Supposedly they changed linens on the third day, but they only swapped towels, not the sheets. I requested a 15:00 checkout and was given it, but when we arrived before 15:00 the cleaning staff rudely told us to leave and that we couldn’t use the bathroom. The worst part was that the bathroom, mirror, and fixtures were cleaned with the same towels we’d used; the bidet had no water. Even worse, before our agreed checkout we found painters had disassembled the entire apartment to paint, and people had already entered the room with our belongings and documents inside. A terrible experience.

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever entered. There’s nothing positive to say. An ant infestation, the property could be unlocked by a phone so I didn’t feel secure, the owner was unhelpful, and the apartment felt like a prison cell.

The room was fantastic, comfortable, and cozy, the service was excellent, we were very happy there, there's a metro stop very close by, I definitely recommend it
