Everything was amazing. The only small issue was the fridge being warm, but it didn’t affect our experience at all.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, with gardens, koi fish, and ponds. We stayed in the Traditional Ryokan Villa, enjoyed the Japanese dinner, and met the chef. I was there with my adult kids, and that was a highlight of our family time in Japan. The service was premium; we felt comfortable and welcomed. Staff were very professional, kind, and helpful. They provided shuttle service to town and the train station. The private onsen was lovely. We wore yukatas throughout our stay, which made the experience unique. I wish we had booked additional days.
