“It was ok I guess......didn't come on a vacation so to speak. Came for a different reason.”

I liked the location and vibe, well laid out, but the staff aren’t very friendly. I’m a friendly person, and I find Freeport’s culture overall not friendly like people from Nassau, which isn’t good for tourism, local or international. The property is dated, needs upgrades in room amenities, bedding, linens, and overall upkeep. Fresh paint inside and out is needed, and lobby furniture should be replaced. The layout is beautiful, I love the pool, but the furniture and rooms are worn out.

“they did not listen to my complain at reception”

Clean, but I spotted several scolopandre crawling under my bed and throughout the room; the next day they were still there, and after reporting it to reception I was warned that they could bite humans.

The location is good and the restaurant staff were mostly pleasant and warm. However, the air conditioner never worked during my stay, the TV was initially broken but later fixed, and the refrigerator stayed broken until checkout. Food left overnight spoiled the next morning. The headboard had a sharp nail point that could be dangerous, and it seemed something was nailed to the wall in the adjacent room, with the nail protruding through. If I hadn’t paid by debit card I would have stopped the payment. Water pressure was very low, there were no cleanliness complaints, parking was cramped with insufficient spaces, and only coffee was offered—no tea for tea lovers.
