The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the breakfasts were tasty, the room was large, the heated pool and jacuzzi were great; however, the four‑person room was on the second floor with narrow, uncomfortable stairs that are difficult for elderly people and pregnant women, the dryer was too small and there was no awning outside, making it hard to dry wet clothes, the tap water had an unpleasant smell, there was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee, and the breakfast had to be chosen from a menu of only 3–4 dishes.

The Nicole hotel sits in a truly picturesque corner of Ukraine, with mountains and endless forests stretching to the horizon in every direction. Clouds are a separate story—they drift in for coffee, so just wait for them on the balcony. The staff, numbering over ten, are very friendly, ready to explain, show, and recommend the best options. I especially liked the transfer service: they met me on time at the Tatary station and took me back to the train at a convenient time. Special thanks for the tasty breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Over the seven days I could pick a menu that never repeated itself. Thank you all 🙏.💞, You’re wonderful💞. The only downside was the lack of a shop nearby. There is a tiny minimarket at the entrance, but it’s very small 🫩. If you’re driving, you can easily go to Bukovel in 10 minutes, where you’ll find a shop of your choice.

The hotel’s location high in the mountains, far from the road, is a major plus for anyone seeking quiet mountain vibes. The entrance is easy and gentle, even a small, low car can get in. A highlight is the heated pool with a view of the mountains, a jacuzzi, and a hot tub. Breakfasts are simple but tasty; lunches and dinners are weak, but I appreciate that they exist. Without a car, the nearest shop is 900 m away; by car it’s a 10‑minute drive to Bukovel. Transfer is available if needed (we didn’t use it, so I can’t rate it). The room was clean, and for an extra fee we were offered warm robes, which was useful at the start of September when we had to go to the pool fresh. The pool was comfortable because the water was constantly heated. If you’re after quiet mountain relaxation without hustle and bustle, it’s perfect. There are plenty of play areas for kids and a heated kiddie pool.

The view of the mountains is gorgeous, and the place is quiet and peaceful, with a path to Mount Homʼyak nearby. The pool is warm with a jacuzzi, and there’s also a pool for the little ones, which is crucial because the small kids are just thrilled. If you want, you can order a hot tub. Breakfast is included, and you can also order lunches and dinners. The price‑quality ratio is the best. The sunset from here is very beautiful. Overall, I recommend it for a recharge.
