The place is right next to the São Paulo Expo, which made getting to the event a breeze. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly enough for a quick stay.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the whole operation ran smoothly and the security felt solid. All in all, everything was satisfactory and we had no complaints.

“Enganação”

My husband and I booked a double room with air‑conditioning, paying about twice what a shared room costs. When we got there the owner told us the room was broken and the only alternative was a shared female dorm that had no AC and just bunk beds, so we had to keep shuffling our luggage in and out and disturb other guests. The owner was nice, but we ended up paying for a private room and got a shared one instead.

The location couldn't be better—right in the middle of everything you need—and the staff were genuinely helpful and kind.

Great spot for anyone heading to the São Paulo Expo and the facilities are solid, but they asked us to check out before 9 am to make room for another couple. I was already leaving early, so it didn't bite me, yet it could be a hassle for others, and when I was heading out the owner was about to leave and almost missed my car—there should be someone at the desk to handle departures.
