The location was good. However, there were people coming and going all the time, making it very active. There was no nearby spot for pets to relieve themselves. The staff barely spoke English. Breakfast consisted of toast or stale cereal.

After burning Man and two weeks in the desert, our first stop was a relief: a room with a shower and comfort. The staff were amazing and even let us check in early. The room’s cleanliness was only average, but everything worked fine.

I booked two rooms in May for a September stay and paid for both in advance, yet when we arrived late at night they told us our rooms were gone because the Super 8 hadn’t received payment. They never notified me that our pre‑paid reservation was void, so we had to drive to another town for accommodation. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t try to find us alternatives, and the owner called me and said he didn’t care about our situation. Buyer beware!
