“I won't ever book here again”

I never learned my reservation was cancelled until it happened. When I tried to check in at the convenience store, the guy was nasty and rude.

“Declined to let me check in. leading to me to have to book another accommodation at another hotel”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. They denied me check-in and made me book another accommodation, forcing me to sleep elsewhere. The owner claimed I hadn't paid, which was not true, and I had to deal with the hassle of finding a new place to stay.
