The washrooms and dormitory area feel a bit dirty, but otherwise everything works fine; the staff are kind and helpful.

“Last month, I had the opportunity to stay at Neenava Dormitory, and I will never come back here agai”

I stayed at Neenava Dormitory last month and will never return or recommend it. Mr. Ashraf, the current leaseholder, is rude, unprofessional, and utterly lacking in basic customer service, making the experience unacceptable. In contrast, the owner, Mr. Jamal, is a true gentleman, and the staff—especially Mr. Ankit and Mr. Mahender—are excellent in behavior and manners. Mr. Ashraf’s attitude tarnishes the dormitory’s reputation, and as long as he manages it, I would not advise anyone to stay here. The bedsheets are very dirty, and the pillow covers smell terrible; they never change the sheets daily on their own. The toilets are in very poor condition, especially the doors, and there are no proper wash basins, either inside or outside the toilets, that are working. The bathrooms smell very bad, and the hygiene factor needs immediate attention.
