“Absolutely Amazing Stay – Exceeded All Expectations!”
My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Trevi Inn Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better accommodation in Rome! The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of so many of Rome’s main attractions, and the accommodation was fantastic value for money. The room was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping attended every day and left the room absolutely spotless. The bathroom and shower were both generously sized, the bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed, including a great mirror and seating area. Having both lift and stair access was also really convenient. The little touches made our stay even more memorable. We were welcomed with complimentary snacks and water, and the staff even surprised us with champagne and a thoughtful gift to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary! It was such a beautiful gesture and something we truly appreciated. A special mention to Dean, who assisted us with check‑in. He was incredibly lovely, welcoming and helpful. We also really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage, which made everything so much easier. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive and accommodating. Their hospitality was exceptional, and it was clear how much care they put into making their guests feel welcome. We genuinely cannot fault a single thing about our stay. Trevi Inn Suites exceeded our expectations in every way and made our time in Rome even more special. We would 100% recommend staying here to anyone visiting Rome and will definitely be returning on our next trip! Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful and memorable experience!
