“Non troverete il lusso ma una i”
The welcome was excellent, and dining under the stars with a fire was very atmospheric. The camp offers good value for money. The tents are basic, but the beds are very clean. They could add extra hooks inside the tents for hanging clothes and towels.
Everything matched our expectations, from the help we got to locate the place to the warm welcome and the dynamic team that always attended to our needs. We especially liked the generous, tasty local dinner around the campfire, served with the manager who made the evening truly enjoyable with his friendliness and hospitality. Unfortunately, we missed the chance to go on a safari that day, but the advice and information we received showed us it would have been another great experience. I highly recommend this place.
“Felt like staying with friends!”
The staff was exceptional and made our stay wonderful. They went all out to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We sang and danced in the boma and everyone came to say goodbye when we left. It felt like family. We had a fantastic morning drive and saw many animals. The tent itself was very well laid out and it had a nice big bathroom. It took some unpaved roads to get here. That wasn’t bad, just important to know.

Back to basics. The tent was neat and clean with good beds and plenty of warm blankets (necessary in August!). The ladies take care of the food and your tent, while the “boss” handles the rest. The food is simple and fine. We did a bushwalk and a game drive, all organized nicely. We didn’t mind it, but it’s not really our thing: in the evening you eat with all guests and the boss together around the campfire. Breakfast is also done together. We personally prefer a bit of privacy. Getting there was a challenge; the road is full of potholes and ruts.
The evening meal and songs with the kitchen girls were wonderful—thanks to them!
