There was nothing positive to mention. The mold in the bathroom and the fact that nothing was done about it were unacceptable. I paid $12 for the room, which was the same as the over $150 I paid elsewhere, so I will never use your service again!

The beds were comfortable, but the main light was not plugged in. My card stopped working to access my room several times, and there was an old washcloth in the bathroom from a previous guest. The hallway had an unpleasant smell.

When we opened the door to the first room, a very strong musty odor hit us immediately, so we asked for a different room; the lady at the desk said nothing and simply handed us another key. The second room had a less intense odor but was still very dirty: the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the chairs were stained, the molding was falling apart, and bathroom fixtures were ripped out or hanging off. At the front desk there were signs stating “no refund” and asking to see the room before paying.

The place was dirty everywhere and smelled like cigarettes; the first room we were given had a wet carpet and mold smell, while the second room was still bad but not as bad. I wanted to leave, but my wife didn’t want me to spend more money, so I would never stay there again.
