We stopped by this cabin on our way back from holiday. Markus and his cute dog, Sergeant Pepper, welcomed us warmly. The room, gear, and cleanliness were all excellent. Breakfast was superb and served early so we could hit the road again. We enjoyed Markus’s lively chat at breakfast, his kindness, discretion, and the quiet surroundings. If I return to the area, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The host speaks German and is very friendly. You can have a wonderful conversation with him, and the breakfast was very abundant and really tasty. The pool is beautiful with a view of the canal. You arrive and, thanks to the host’s completely hassle‑free approach, you can start relaxing right away. We’ll gladly return!

A large garden right by the canal with a pool and sun loungers. We were allowed to use the summer kitchen on the terrace—everything was very straightforward. Also handy: a personal fridge in the room. Good and plentiful breakfast.
