Thanks to Cédrik for his warm, no‑frills welcome. We also really appreciated the picturesque character of our accommodation and its comfort, which let us have a restorative night before heading back to Belgium. The Loire quays are a few minutes’ walk away and are beautiful. The nearby bakery was another nice bonus. Everything makes me want to return.

The place was quiet, clean, and well equipped, and the host was very friendly, leaving little treats in the fridge that always made me smile. It’s perfectly situated for visiting the castles, and the short walk along the Loire just behind the property is lovely.

This cottage is close to the Loire banks and the village center, with a friendly bakery and grocery offering local products. It’s an old wine‑maker’s house with outbuildings, very peaceful, and the reception was excellent.
