The location was close to shopping areas and the room had a refrigerator and microwave. Most guests were actually tenants, and the room was dusty and smelled like smoke. A neighbor played loud music into the night, and the walls were paper‑thin—I could hear every conversation in each neighboring room. Even though the facility was non‑smoking, the neighbor smoked right in front of my door. They do not refund if you leave before check‑out; I left a week earlier than planned and was told no refund, so I had to pay for the entire booking. I understand that’s their policy, but it would have been nicer to accommodate. The location, room cleanliness, neighbors, and even the shower pressure were all subpar.
