The host was friendly, the location is easy to commute from and close to major tourist spots, the heated pool offers a nice view of Baguio, and the room’s balcony also overlooks the city; the room is cozy enough that I didn’t need AC because Baguio’s cold breeze was sufficient <3, but the shower heater was inconsistent, sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold.

The stay was very comfortable, the room was clean and met Western standards, the pool was excellent, and I would recommend it to others; however, the bedroom was small and lacked external windows.

The owner was very helpful, the location is great, and the unit is modern and nice, but there was no heating, which in the Philippines is usually not an issue but made the place a bit cool and damp while we were there.

The host and co-host were very accommodating and helpful, ensuring we enjoyed every day; the entire unit smells good and is tidy, the condotel staff were approachable and helpful, and the best scenery is overlooking the CBD, SM, and other landmarks—worth every penny 10/10; the only downside was the 250 pesos per head fee for using the swimming pool.
