“Ottimo per brevi soggiorni”

Attention to detail, complimentary drinks and snacks. However, the soap dispensers were empty, and because the room is slightly below street level, we noticed a hint of dampness when we returned.

The studio with a bathroom was very clean, stylishly furnished, and fully equipped. I especially liked the warm welcome and the free drinks and snacks. The host was truly friendly and helpful. Unasked suggestions: the Wi‑Fi could use improvement (it sometimes crashed) and a chair would be handy for working at the PC. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

The room was good and felt secure, and it was cleaned daily. The room sits right next to the elevator, so it’s very loud and you can hear the water pipes constantly; if you’re not a deep sleeper it’s hard to get rest. It’s about a 30‑minute bus ride to the center, then a 5‑10‑minute walk; the bus to the center and tourist spots is easy and safe, but the area is a bit risky. The bed is a bit uncomfortable and too soft. When I opened the window to ventilate the room, the apartment’s air shaft let in food smells, so I had to turn on the AC.

The location isn’t right under the metro but it’s within walking distance, and Erika was very polite and attentive.
