The location was good and the atmosphere pleasant, but the ceiling was quite dirty, especially in the bathroom; the toilet was leaking water; the tap was old and had a weird spray, and the shower had an irregular jet. The bath towels didn't dry properly, and the room shares a wall with others, so you can hear a lot of noise, even conversations, yet overall I liked it.

Rubia was an excellent guide and helped us with everything, always ready to assist, making our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was simple but heartfelt, everything was very well prepared. The view at breakfast, with birds, cotia and even monkeys, made the atmosphere very relaxed. Very close to the center, you can do everything on foot. Nothing else. Because the hotel was full, we couldn't enjoy the pool as it was always crowded, but it wasn't a problem.

Everything the inn offered was great, except for a nasty incident in the café lounge where I left a cap on a seat and it disappeared. The management did nothing to check the cameras to see what happened.
