I really liked the facilities, the service was excellent, especially the quick response and the courteous manner of staff member Francisco who made sure we had everything we needed.

The staff were courteous, but the hotel had a laundry list of issues: the shower only gave cold water, there was no daily housekeeping, and the breakfast area stayed dirty because nobody cleared the tables. The advertised bikes didn’t work, and the worst part was a foul sewage smell in the room, apparently from a busted septic tank.
