“Ein toller Kurztrip im Sommerhaus”

We had a wonderful stay at the summer house. The owner, Friedrich, told us super exciting stories over a beer at the table and was very friendly. The conversation could have gone on forever! We liked the atmosphere and the peace was simply heavenly. The furnishings had everything needed for a weekend of relaxation. We visited the neighboring farm and had a truly great time! The floor in our room could have been cleaner; when we went to bed, there was a lot of dust on the mattress.

“Kurzer Hype das war’s”

It was great at first to be in this flash at the summer house, but it disappeared quickly. It was incredibly dirty! The owner, though nice and old and alone, kept appearing uninvited and sat down. He also invited himself to breakfast without asking. Breakfast cost 10€ per person and included an open pack of cheese, margarine, jam, and an egg. Bread and coffee… well, it was okay. Then the disaster happened. We went to the city in the morning to do a little shopping, and when we returned at noon to grill (we had already bought everything and stored it in the fridge), the shock: all our items (about 100€) were gone! The cleaning lady packed everything and took it home! She thought everyone had left… how can someone just leave 100€ worth of food lying around? After a lot of shouting and calling, she gradually returned our items and tried to explain with lies why she took them home. In the end, we didn't even get all our stuff back!

Great experience getting to know the summer house and gaining exciting insights. The garden furniture is not very comfortable, which is the only criticism.

“Für Sommerhaus-Fans ein Muss”

We were thrilled to stay in the Sommerhaus as fans of the concept; owner Friedrich had a lot to share, and we got along well with other guests, which led to a lovely and long football evening outdoors. The location is very quiet and idyllic with a view of the water buffaloes, so I absolutely recommend it for Sommerhaus lovers. Everything we liked, except that you have to know you’re paying a “Sommerhaus surcharge”; we were aware beforehand and found it perfectly fine.

The place is very well situated, and owner Friedrich is a very nice guy who is extremely friendly. The Sommerhaus itself was great, a brilliant idea, and we had a wonderful time there. Cheers.
