Surya Abadi Guest House Syariah

“The hotel's location is very strategic in the middle of the city, making it easy to get anywhere.”

The room was comfortable, the toilet was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The building’s exterior looked unfinished, yet inside it worked normally with roomy, comfortable spaces.

The room was clean, the AC was cool and comfortable, and the owner was friendly. The TV wouldn’t turn on; I was confused about how to start it because it was a tube TV.

“No water or toilet in the room, very noisy reception”

The hotel is centrally located, quiet at night with no traffic or loud reception staff, and I didn’t hear any mosque noise in the morning. By day it was very noisy because a gentleman at the reception kept sneezing or coughing loudly every few minutes. There was no bathroom, toilet, or faucet in my room, so I couldn’t wash my hands. The shower and toilet were outside the room, and the photos of them were misleading. No English was spoken at the reception, and the staff were unprofessional; they demanded to see my reservation on my phone before giving me the key.

“Albergo semplice ma soddisfacente”

The hotel is simple but functional. Rooms face a courtyard, so they’re very quiet, with comfortable beds and efficient air‑conditioning. The staff are very kind and the location is very central. If you don’t have high expectations, I recommend it.

“Clean and comfortable place to stay”

I felt very comfortable here. The room is large, has a private bathroom, a hot‑water shower, and Wi‑Fi, all spotlessly clean. Breakfast is amazing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s close to the city centre, so getting around is easy. I’d definitely stay again.
