Parking was right at the entrance. The photos were misleading; the room was heavily worn and the walls were very dirty. The shower ran out (the bathroom got completely soaked in just three minutes, water even ran under the toilet). The breakfast buffet was set up in the hallway and you had to eat at a mini‑table in your room.

The breakfast was practically non-existent, only two apples and the option to make coffee or tea. It should be clarified that there is no breakfast. You know how to organize yourself.

The room was set up appropriately. It’s a shame that there was no contact with the host. The issue with the noisy street or, alternatively, the place being very warm and lacking fresh air… also, if you’re not fond of air conditioning, that’s a problem.

Overall I was very satisfied, especially with the first‑rate air‑conditioning and the spotless room; the 24‑hour self‑check‑in was also convenient. The breakfast could use some improvement, but it was acceptable for the price, and the parking space was extremely narrow, so I ended up parking on the street.
