The location next to the Pasadena convention center is great, the rooms are comfy and cozy, and the breakfast in the morning is excellent and the place is very clean; the restaurant is good for breakfast with excellent servers, though a buffet might have been better for quick pastries, coffee, or fruit, but the food and staff were pleasant.

There's a 24‑hour store that is expensive, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was only accepted by debit or credit.

Everything was fine except at check‑in; the issue was that the payment for a gift to my sister wasn’t honored, so she had to pay out of pocket.

The people are good, but the restaurant serves coffee in broken mugs; when I asked for a replacement, the lady who attended us said that was how they were all, and I was disappointed.
