“Mal comunicacion - desayuno inexistente”

La cama y almohada eran cómodas y el lugar esta bastante limpio. Para llegar aqui desde el aeropuerto de cebu es una odisea, esto esta en el culo del mundo. La señora de la recepcion no hablaba nada ingles, nos alojo en una habitacion que no era la que habiamos reservado, en cuanto se lo comente nos cambio sin problema. Solo pedia disculpas y decia que su hija estaba en la city (nunca aparecio). El desayuno incluido es falso, a pesar de preguntar por aqui la hora de este, esta señora no nos lo suministro. No recomiendo alojarse aqui para nada

“Good place but bad customer service”

We booked for one night and wanted to extend. When I asked Ida at reception whether to extend online, she said she'd handle it manually because the room was already booked by someone else. She promised to move those guests to another room so we could stay in the same one, but she never did and didn’t tell us. I only discovered the issue after messaging her about tours; she then explained that someone had paid for the room a week earlier and there was nothing she could do. I found that irresponsible and unprofessional. If we’d known earlier, we could have arranged something else instead of a last‑minute surprise. We chose this place for its good ratings, but the customer service has made us unlikely to return. Breakfast was also disappointing. My partner requested eggs and fruit, but Ida later messaged me that they had pancakes. She didn’t mention the breakfast options or that my partner had already requested eggs and fruit, so I accepted pancakes. When breakfast arrived, my partner got eggs, I got pancakes, and then he had to return the pancakes and ask for eggs for both of us—exactly what we’d originally requested. No fruit was offered, and nobody told us it wasn’t available. We simply waited because it had been requested, only to find out it would never come. The place itself is nice and we liked it overall, but the customer service was extremely disappointing.

The walk to Moalboal center and Panagsama beach takes about 15 minutes, which is convenient. The hosts are very friendly and laundry service is available. The room comes with a fan and air conditioning.

This homestay is amazing - the staff was very helpful with booking our itinerary and the laundry was spotless. We lost some items there and the staff helped us find them
