The rooms are tidy and clean, the furniture is comfortable and new, the staff are very pleasant and friendly, and the overall impression is positive. However, the hotel’s information does not immediately indicate that a small dog requires an extra fee, the sound insulation isn’t very good so you can hear what’s happening in the neighbouring room, I wish there was a bottle of water in the room, and it’s somewhat inconvenient to have to go to the reception each time.

The staff are friendly and always ready to help, the location is excellent right in the centre, the new hotel is spacious, clean, and the rooms are comfortable; the only wish I have for future development and attracting more guests is to provide a hairdryer, kettle, and a small fridge in the rooms.
