The location is great, close to the train station and a bus route into Brighton, and there’s free parking; the room had a brand‑new bathroom, was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but a few things are still being finished, which I’m sure the owners will address soon.

We could park our car at the hotel, the bus stop was right outside, and the buses were excellent.

It was the perfect base to explore Brighton; we came from Bognor Regis for a Thursday night show, my wife had an MRI at Brighton Hospital the next day so staying over made sense, the bus stop just outside made it easy to get to the city centre, and free parking for 24 hours from arrival was very cost‑effective; the breakfast wasn’t what I expected (I wanted cereals and fruit) but the full English cooked breakfast was great value for money; the shower wasn’t fully secured to the wall, a very minor issue that we simply reattached and it was fine!

A very relaxing stay with great value for money, the place was quiet and close to the station, and the staff were friendly and polite, though the bathroom could use an update.

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean, but the traffic noise was a bit annoying.
