We were hit with a flight cancellation in Philadelphia, which sent us to Milwaukee late and forced us to wait 2½ hrs for a car rental; we finally reached the motel at 3am. I asked for a late check‑out so I could sleep in a bed, even offered to pay extra, but the staff flatly refused and said no.

The lady who claimed to be the manager was very rude to me and my family; I left before the second night and went elsewhere. She wouldn’t let my cousin and her kids visit, citing hotel policy, but we never saw any sign or were told that policy.
