The place was comfortable, cozy, and in an excellent spot, and Filippo was very attentive. No complaints.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the room—especially the bathroom—needed a makeover, and the price felt a bit steep for the level of service and accommodation we received.

I got a large, very charming room with all the necessary amenities, and there were also some good Tuscan wines available at a reasonable price, though I didn’t get a chance to try them. The bed was great, the bathroom was very nice, and everything was incredibly clean and tidy. The location near Santo Spirito square couldn’t have been better—an utterly charming neighborhood with many excellent restaurants and cafés. I also appreciated the pre‑arrival information from the hotel owners about parking options, which we didn’t need, but they gave us great tips on additional restaurants. I’ll definitely choose and recommend this place to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

The accommodation was superb and I’d definitely recommend it; it sits perfectly in a bustling square, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet.
