We have absolutely loved our time at Bageechaa. From the moment we arrived, we could see how clean everything was and really cared for. The owner, Shihab has done a lot of travelling so each bedroom is fitted with such high quality and thought through furnishings. Everything is even better than the photos. I have included some up to date pictures. The food was incredible. The chef, Chamara is definitely the best on the island and produces 5 star plus food. Everything we had was delicious and we know our food! Shihab has even put in a Well so even the water in the bathrooms are pure and very clean

I recently stayed at a modern hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay feel truly special. However, I did notice a few minor issues, such as the lack of soap in the bathroom and the need for a kettle in the room. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to an air strip meant that I was woken up by planes at 6 am every morning.

“Bageechaa Stay is amazing”

We recently stayed at a modern, beautiful, and clean hotel, and it was an absolute delight. The room had a stunning view of the sea, and we even spotted dolphins swimming in the distance. We considered the runway behind the hotel a great attraction and enjoyed watching the planes land and take off. But the best part of our stay was the friendly and helpful Sri Lankan staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay special.

“Fantastic SCUBA diving”

I had a fantastic stay at a new hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the building itself was modern and up to Western standards. The hotel's location was also perfect for scuba diving, with access to some of the best spots in the area. However, I did notice that the construction was not fully finished, with a few small areas that still needed work.

“Soggiorno indimenticabile”

Our stay at Bacheegaa "Giardino" was truly unforgettable. The staff, consisting of three friendly and attentive young men, made us feel right at home. We had the all-inclusive package, and the chef prepared delicious and varied meals for us throughout the week. The owner was also very attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He even managed to change our flight at the last minute after we missed it due to flight delays.
