Perfectly located away from the bustle. A pleasant walk into the village leads to pubs, restaurants, and local shops. Easy access to walks, the beach, and coastal trails. Linda, the host, was attentive and well‑versed about the area. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly made to order. Nothing else to note.

“Lovely B&B in Warkworth”

We stayed almost a week at this cozy B&B and it was all wonderful. Linda was friendly and welcoming. The en‑suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The mattress was extremely comfortable, giving us some of the best nights’ sleep, and the room was quiet. We were on the ground floor, very accessible next to the driveway. We enjoyed the local coffee in the room and were given fresh milk, plus an alternative for my lactose‑intolerant partner. Every morning, we had freshly cooked breakfasts with coffee, fresh yoghurt, rhubarb compote from the garden, and cereals in the breakfast room overlooking the beautiful garden. Linda helped us find places to visit and things to see. The location is ideal for exploring the village of Warkworth, its large castle, and several good pubs and restaurants. A bus stop a few minutes’ walk away serves regular buses to Amble, which has lovely fish restaurants, pubs, and other amenities. Nothing else—our stay was truly relaxing.

“A quality stay at this great little B&B”

There are so many things to like about Morwick House, no particular order. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a modern en‑suite attached. Breakfast was made to order with quality local ingredients; cereals, yoghurts, and fruits were also available. Off‑road parking, quiet location, a few minutes’ walk to good eateries. Local bus stops less than a 2‑minute walk away. Reliable wifi. And most importantly, a friendly host. This is a quality B&B. Nothing to add.

“Ein toller Aufenthalt”

A gorgeous English house surrounded by a lovingly tended garden. Linda is very friendly and makes a great breakfast on request. The location is exceptional, quiet, yet only a few minutes from the Castle and close to beautiful beaches. The room itself leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Everything was very good.
