Strategic location for the fair we were at! Everything was fine, the only issue was the shared bathroom, which I personally didn’t like.
The shared bathroom was a downside.
The owner was very courteous and helpful, and the property was comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing because there were no croissants as shown in the photo. It was very basic: tea/coffee (self‑serve), toast with jam and a yogurt. There was also water, milk, fruit, and rusks. The location is okay, close to the bus stop and toward the city centre (about 35 stops, but still). The reception was a problem: I had to wait half an hour at the gate and door before they opened it. Possibly a miscommunication, but still… I thought it was an INN, but it turned out to be a B&B where I had to share a bathroom and toilet. The toilet had no paper: a Japanese toilet with a spray. But yes, the beginning can feel awkward.
