The location is good, but the room always smells like food, the mattress isn’t comfortable, and I think it’s expensive for the type of room offered.

The location is very good because our priority was to go to Hospital Angeles, but as a Hilton I feel the rooms need modernizing or at least nicer decor, the food is terrible (we ordered a hamburger and received frozen meat that should have been replaced by a different supplier or brand), the hand towels are broken and thin, and the pillows urgently need replacing.

I was just a stone's throw from the branch, which made getting food super convenient, but the cleaning left something to be desired.
