Wonderful location, a lobby and a small terrace to enjoy a book, good company and a coffee. We booked to celebrate our anniversary. Before, I brought a gift set for my wife, which they placed in the room and enhanced the experience with a celebratory decoration and handwritten congratulations. Comfort and cleanliness were up to par.

Check‑in was smooth, and the kitchenette in the suite was well equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast tasty. The gym was pleasant and open 24 hours. However, storage space for clothes was limited; there were enough hangers but no shelves for socks or underwear. The room was noisy at times, but that was due to guests, not the hotel.

The exterior and location were gorgeous, but the units were just apartments, not suites. Mold appeared in the bathroom ceiling and tiles, the milk cartons were stale, even hardened, and the extra towels (one set for two people) were stored in the kitchen cupboard and smelled bad. The soap also had an unpleasant odor.

Staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and gave detailed explanations. The hotel’s surroundings and location were excellent, and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was mediocre, and the quality didn’t match the hotel’s level.
