I appreciated the hotel's thoughtful touch of bringing breakfast to my room, allowing me to enjoy it at my leisure. The hot coffee was also a nice bonus. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that I had to call the front desk every time I needed to enter or exit the room.

I'm not sure what to say about this review, as it seems to be a contradictory statement. The staff was good, but the staff's response was good? I'll assume this is a mistake and move on.

The hotel's proximity to my destination was a major plus, making it very convenient. However, the hotel's response to my arrival was less than ideal, as they were experiencing a system failure and suggested I go to a neighboring hotel. When I mentioned my reservation, they offered to guide me there, but the bathroom was unclean, and I was hesitant to order food due to concerns about hygiene.

I was really impressed with the numerous amenities and items available for loan. The bathtub was spacious and had a great jacuzzi, and I found it easy to get around with plenty of parking available. However, I was a bit disappointed to see some areas of the bathroom, such as the ceiling, showing signs of aging and mildew. I also found it a bit tricky to open the refrigerator door.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and I appreciated the wide range of amenities available, which made my stay very comfortable. I would like to thank them for their excellent service.
