The location was spot on, and the reception team were lovely; my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, so I let them know and they upgraded our room and added several nice touches, but they tried to keep our passports, which is illegal; I insisted on their return and they complied. There was no lift, yet we had an upgraded room, which I think I would have liked over a standard one; the breakfast was terrible.

The location is spot‑on and the team is really polite, the rooms are clean and comfy. The shower water is a pain – it either comes out too hot or too cold, and the spray is weak. Breakfast could use more variety – a bit of fruit, more coffee options, cheese, eggs and pastries would be nice. Also, there’s no elevator.
