The place was clean and right in the town centre, the spa area was nice, breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful, but the mattress felt really uncomfortable.

The place is run by a family and, for the most part, it lived up to what we hoped for. A few things fell short, while other aspects actually turned out better than we imagined. The only real let‑down was the missing minibar in the room – I’d expect that in a hotel of this caliber.

The staff greeted us warmly and the rooms were clean and nicely kept. We also liked the sleek, modern wellness area. The only gripe was the breakfast price – €30 per person feels a bit steep.
