Our stay at the hotel was initially pleasant, but it turned into a nightmare due to the noise and chaos caused by the guests in the adjacent room. The hotel staff failed to address the issue, and we were left with a sleepless night. We were promised a resolution, but it never came, and we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
