The bed was comfortable, but the shower was very dirty with hair in it and on the ceiling, and there were dirt spots in the corners of the shower. Parking cost $35, and the breakfast was expensive.

The hotel was very clean and in a good location, but the breakfast was not included in the room rate and cost an extra $25.00 per person.

The location was convenient to the Spectrum Center, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked. However, our room was not ready when we arrived, even though check‑in was supposed to be at 4 pm; at 6:15 pm it was still not ready. We had spent the whole day traveling to see Gorillaz at the Spectrum Center and had planned to get ready in the room and have dinner at Botiwalla before the concert. The delay ruined those plans. I told the receptionist that we needed to get to the concert, and she took our bags and locked them up so we could check in after the show. If we hadn’t gone to the concert, I don’t know when our room would have been ready. The only compensation offered was a free breakfast that we were told ended at 9 am, so we couldn’t use it. It was just a horrible hotel experience.

The hotel was very close to the Spectrum Arena, but our room was not ready at check‑in. We checked in at 7:30 pm, and the staff offered us free breakfast or a drink at the bar.

They really like to charge for incidentals related to “air quality,” even if you don’t smoke, and it’s $350, FYI.
