“Super A++++”
We spent great quality time with family. We brought our own food to cook, and the owner kindly let us use the cooking hot plate in the mess hall area. The whole family stayed around with beer and sake through the evening and had wonderful bonding time. It reminded me of the old Showa‑era minshuku accommodations we used to visit. The hallways are briskly cool but the rooms are nice and toasty, making for a great Showa‑style experience again! The owner is a genuinely friendly person. The price is a real bargain. No complaints from us, but you need to be a seasoned traveler to fully appreciate it. There is no TV, which we actually liked, and the Wi‑Fi is good for planning the rest of the trip.

I arrived late at night and the staff were very accommodating, which made me feel happy.

They responded quickly when I arrived late, but the room sits on a main‑road junction and is extremely noisy.
