Hotel Restaurant Vila Ime Voskopoje

We had a very nice stay. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they kindly upgraded our room to ensure we had air conditioning and were comfortable, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, the food at both dinner and breakfast was very tasty, and the property has beautiful surroundings and a lovely garden. Parking was easy and the location was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again, especially during the cooler months.

The hotel is a beautiful building and the front lawn is wonderful. The staff are friendly and clean. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Mr. Petrika is a good friend and very polite. Still, we encountered several problems that should be addressed. First, our rooms, 33 and 34, were very small, almost windowless, and had no air‑conditioning. There was no bottled water in the room, and we were told the tap water was drinkable. Also, there were no toiletries provided. After returning to the room the first night, it wasn’t just dirty or disorganized; what’s unacceptable is that the towels weren’t replaced and the shampoo ran out, even though we used what was there. Two people couldn’t share a single small bottle of shampoo for two nights and three days. The bathroom was pleasant, but the rest of the building’s stairwell wasn’t the same.

The hotel room and garden are beautiful. Breakfast was very good. The view from the balcony was amazing. The bathroom facilities are old and need some replacements.
