The room is non-refundable even if there is still time to cancel. I want to reduce the day of stay but it was not possible. I wasted my money for 2 days for booking in this hotel. The room is small and the hotel's location is along a busy highway. The location and the non-cancellable policy

My stay at this hotel was decent, but it had its quirks. The hotel had all the basic amenities, including WiFi, TV, and air conditioning, which made it a comfortable place to rest. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to other parts of town. However, the bathroom was a major letdown - it was tiny, and the shower, toilet, and sink were all crammed into a small space. The drainage was also poorly designed, which made it prone to flooding.

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel, which left a lasting impression on me. The family room I booked was located on the 4th floor, but getting there was a nightmare - I had to navigate through 8 flights of stairs. To make matters worse, there was no parking available, and the hotel's proximity to the highway made it difficult to find a spot. The concierge was friendly, but unfortunately, she didn't have the authority to make any decisions.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, but it had its limitations. The hotel's location was nice, and the rooms were comfortable. However, the hotel's inflexibility when it came to check-in and check-out times was a major inconvenience. I was charged extra for early check-in and late check-out, which seemed unfair. Overall, it was a good stay, but I would have appreciated more flexibility with the hotel's policies.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which failed to live up to my expectations. The hotel's location was the only redeeming quality, but it wasn't enough to make up for the numerous issues I encountered. The internet was non-existent, the TV didn't work, and the stairs were a nightmare to navigate. The hotel's price was also exorbitant, considering the poor amenities and services provided. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
