The hotel itself was lovely, but I didn't have a chance to experience much of it beyond the lobby

“Fun time with family”
The pool and the room. The breakfast buffet could be better.
“The room super dirty. Hair and dirty spots on bed and ants on table when I first entered the room.”
The water park was a highlight, but the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The staff were always smiling and welcoming, and there were no complaints.

Facility was good but not well managed. No smoking room, their main pool was on renovations, their rooms are very small not as seen on photos, because of renovations there is huge noise at 07th floor so I yell at the reception and they change our room without being courteous

The king‑size bed was lovely, and the location is just a short walk to the beach.
