Breakfast is allergy‑friendly, the staff are kind, the rooms are bright and clean, and the space is welcoming. The location is a bit outside the centre, but there’s still a bus.

A countryside room, but the breakfast staff were unbelievably rude. The lady started shouting just because I wanted to bring breakfast to my room while I wasn’t feeling well. I told her about my condition, but she ignored me. I wanted to speak to the manager but I gave up – I hope the owner will see this.

The location is good, on a main road, and we didn’t hear any night traffic or noise. It’s a bit away from the old centre. Alessandro at the front desk was warm and gave us great tips, including a fantastic restaurant in the Jewish quarter. Breakfast was plentiful. The beds weren’t very comfortable, the hygiene was sub‑par, the shower cubicle needs updating, and we expected a small fridge in the room, especially useful in hot weather. No other complaints.
