“Je ne félicite pas booking pour ce choix d'hôtel.”

I found nothing good about this place. The reception was awful, in a gloomy shed, with no elevator and a room that had no windows and two non‑openable skylights. I switched hotels that same day and didn’t even try to get a refund because the gruff person who greeted me was exasperatingly unwilling to help. The hotel is unworthy of its two stars; I arrived early in the morning and had to wait until 15:00 for my luggage, which I had to store in a nearby locker, and was met by a displeasing man who treated it as a chore.

The location was good, close to the city center. I have no complaints.

The location was perfect, right across from the train station and the bus terminal, both local and long‑distance. However, the building itself was left to its own devices on every front.
