Clean, comfortable, and well‑situated. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator and no staff to help with heavy luggage; otherwise everything was great.

The place was really quiet, which I appreciated, but it was pretty crazy that there was no toilet paper - like, at all.

The staff here were really helpful - they gave us a room on the first level, fixed the water hose, and even let us stay for four extra hours till our train time without charging us extra. They also cleaned our room and helped with the wifi. However, the wifi connection could have been stronger, as it blocked access to some sites.
