The staff were very helpful and supportive, but I’ve heard from many riders that the location is awful.

The hotel was noisy inside, the bathroom looked dirty and old, there was a lack of equipment, and the trash cans in the corridors overflowed.

The staff were extremely helpful and even though I booked the wrong room they still made my stay comfortable and gave me an upgrade, caring for my comfort and well‑being; however, because it was off‑season the property wasn’t at its best and the maintenance, especially in the washrooms, could have been improved.
