Classic Ritz elegance and service, conveniently located in D.C. to spoil yourself a bit. It’s a luxury brand and a very nice facility, but it still feels like you wildly overpay for what you get… $80 for breakfast, anybody?

We expected this hotel to exceed our expectations and that’s exactly what happened. The hotel isn’t far from museums, and it’s a 10‑minute walk from a metro station, which is convenient for those who like public transport. The room was clean, and twice a day someone came to check it and clean it. Our room had two queen beds and was pretty large for our needs; we felt very comfortable inside. The room also had access to the lounge club. From what I understood, the lounge is open 24/7, but food and drinks have specific hours. The lounge staff were very helpful and did everything they could to make us feel great. We stayed there on the 4th of July US holiday and during the FIFA World Cup, which made our time more enjoyable watching the soccer games. The hotel also has a restaurant that can be used, but for us, the club lounge’s food and drinks were enough. The entire hotel staff is very helpful and will do everything to make your experience unforgettable. If you come by car, there’s a valet option or self‑underground parking; whatever works for you. We’ll come back anytime with pleasure if we’re on our way again.

The food here is seriously good - they've got a great variety and the room service is top-notch. The only thing that would make it even better is if they could sort out the noise from the street.
