The proximity to the pub and casino was good. I received a fine for smoking a cigarette by the window in a room that already smelled of smoke.

We were charged Gs.80.000 for a towel supposedly stained by us, which we still have serious doubts about, since it was only used for hands and face. We honestly doubt the towel was placed in our room after we left, because the cleaner was tidying the adjacent room. Even if the stained towel had been ours, it could be washed, as they have a laundry service, and the price charged seems abusive. On the other hand, for work reasons I needed two sheets printed, so they charged me Gs. 2.000. It's not about the money, but about the hotel's kindness to its guests in such a small matter.

The hotel was very comfortable, the garage easy to access and close to everything, and everything was very good.
The pool had a lot of chlorine, which left our eyes red and caused a lot of itching.
